Hermitage Gallery - From dignitaries to CEO’s, to those who simply just want a beautiful and affordable piece of artwork for their home, the Hermitage Gallery in Rochester has become the favored gallery of choice for a large range of customers in search of that perfect work of art. We are often referred to as “The DIA of the North” because of our vast collection of 18th, 19th, and 20th century oil paintings. One of the most notable piece is “The Seamstress” also known as “The Lacemaker” by Charles-Amable Lenoir. It is not only the immense variety of artwork we have that make our customers so satisfied, but we also offer free consultation, delivery, and installation.
The Hermitage Gallery is accessible and affordable to all. Our spacious 15,000 square feet of fine oil paintings and sculpture is located in the center of downtown Rochester, Michigan, on the corner of third and main and is open 7 days a week. We provide art lovers the opportunity to browse at their leisure. Prices start under $100 and range up to $500,000.
Occasionally during the summer we are open until 11pm Thursday through Saturday in order to accommodate Rochester’s abundant dining crowd. The museum director Cindy Wolanchuk invites you to browse the gallery and promises you will not be disappointed! Open every Sunday noon to 4:00 p.m. Call 248-656-8559 for further information.
